Often called the Somnath of the East, Bhojpur Temple in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh is named after King Bhoj. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Bhojpur Mandir is known among famous places in Madhya Pradesh for its magnificent architecture of ancient India.


One of the striking features of the temple is its beautifully carved doorway along with the finely sculpted figures.
